1. What do you think distinguishes your work from that of other wedding photographers?

2. If I book you for my wedding photography, can I request the capture of specific moments and people, along with the rest of your captures?
Yes, we will assign a director for your photography services. You can discuss your necessities with him. He will communicate your ideas to our creative team and photographers.
3. Do you also take posed photographs?
We do take posed photographs, depending on the package you requested for your wedding. However, if you only booked candid photography please understand that taking posed photographs consumes your valuable photographer time which could be better used to capture stunning moments.
4. My wedding will have a unique cultural recipe. Will you be able conform to our styles and ceremonies and emphasize on the right moments in the pictures?
Our photographers are experienced in capturing several weddings belonging to different cultural backgrounds. However, if you feel that certain moments or ceremonies should be emphasized, you can talk to the director we assign for your wedding.
5. Will you deliver the pictures in the printed format, like a karizma album? If so, I need both the printed and soft copies. Can u assure that?
Our default format of delivery is visually enhanced,  high resolution soft copies. We typically include a standard flat-book style wedding album, if we are covering your entire wedding.  If you specifically want a printed photobook, you will have to specifically state that during booking and we will include that while providing a quote.
6. How many pictures will you deliver after the wedding is complete?
We believe strongly in quality over quantity of pictures. We give only processed pictures (as our shooting format does not permit us to give unprocessed images). Typically, for a day of shoot, we deliver about 400~500 pictures. However, the numbers vary depending upon the events and gathering.
7. How far prior to the wedding should I book your services?
The earlier the better as it helps to plan and we tend to get booked pretty early. The maximum period for which we have booked ourselves till date is for 1.5 years in advance! Typically, booking 3 months ahead of the wedding is advised to be on the safer side.
8. How long will it take for the delivery of the pictures?
Online deliveries start happening within 1 week of the wedding. The entire selection and delivery of the photos as well as album would happen within 3 weeks of the wedding depending on the time taken for selection from the Client’s side
9. We want creative photography for only 2 hours in my wedding. Can you provide me a reduced cost?
We work on a per-day basis even if actual photography requirements are small.  We are not only working when you see us with our camera clicking pics – there is lot of preparation involved with the photography that we do and it is not as simple as taking out the camera and start clicking.
Keeping that in mind and the importance that we attach to each assignment that we take, we avoid taking multiple bookings for the same team during one day. This ensures our commitment to one and only one client at one time and our creative team is much more effective.
POST-WEDDING PRESENTATION
1. What is the difference between a wedding video and this presentation?
The wedding video will be completely based on the footage shot in the wedding. The post-wedding presentation is a sequence of highlights from the wedding, with music and animation. It will mostly comprise of pictures from the wedding.
2. How long will the presentation be?
It depends on the number of events captured. Typically this presentation would vary from 3 minutes to 8 minutes and would give a quick summary of the events as they take place.
3. Will it have music? If so, who chooses the tracks?
Yes. The post-wedding presentation will definitely have musical tracks in the background. You can choose which tracks to be played in the presentation. If you choose copyrighted material for the audio track, please note that we are not responsible for the licensing and royalty issues arising out of it.
4. Will this presentation be displayed at the wedding venue? If not, where and when will it be displayed?
The post-wedding presentation will be created after the wedding. It will be delivered to you along with the pictures of the wedding. It can be displayed in any medium where videos can be played (DVD, laptop, PC, tablets, Youtube, smartphones, projectors etc.) The time and place for displaying your presentation is up to you!
5. Why should I invest in the presentation when it will not be displayed at the wedding?
A wedding presentation is like a quick summary of your wedding celebration. It is a perfect way to showcase your entire wedding to people who are short of time but still want to get quick glimpses into your wedding. This is fantastic given the ease with which it can be distributed using online channels like Youtube.
6. What is the use of this presentation when I have a wedding album to show my friends?
A wedding album is very different from watching a presentation. A wedding presentation can be online, talks about the flow of events and would tell a story along with music – much more entertaining to watch with a much wider reach.
GENERAL
1. What is the ordering process if I want to book your services?
Call us at 9633333155  and tell us about your schedule, location, types of services required and the styles for each. We’ll provide you with a tentative estimate. We take 50% of the package amount and the travel charges in advance as retainer and to block our dates. Without this your booking is not guaranteed. We follow a strict first come first serve policy.We accept cash, cheque and online transfer. Usually clients arranges/pays for extra charges like travel, local transportation, airport transfers, accommodation and food for the duration of the shoot. You will have to sign a wedding photography agreement with us as well which basically covers all the details and terms of the wedding photography. This can be an email approval also. Once the booking payment is cleared, our wedding photographers and project directors will get in touch with the bride and bridegroom to discuss the package and requirements at length.
2. Do you also cater to anniversaries, jubilees and other ceremonies like engagements, betrothals and pregnancy celebrations?
We cater to all kinds of events. For events, we’ll charge on a per-day basis. However if you need customized creative media for these events, you have to tell us in advance. Even though our photographers are primarily candid wedding photographers, we can work for any event that requires special photography services.
3. What phases of the wedding will be covered by your services? I want complete coverage starting from my engagement, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception.
We are open to offering our service for however many days you might need. Our wedding photographers and project directors will discuss the entire event with you in greater detail to ensure that you get everything that you desire from the wedding photography that we provide. If you need our service for more than one day, it should be specifically mentioned while booking. We normally charge a “per day” costing – which varies based on the number of days (upto 8 hours of work) desired and you should be aware of how it plays out.
4. How will the photos, presentations and videos be delivered?
We will deliver them normally on a DVD when we have finished processing and editing them. We’ll provide all high resolution pics and watermarked low resolution pics in the DVD for your safekeeping and reference. If you need un-watermarked low resolution images, we can provide it at an extra cost or you can create them yourselves from the high resolution images that we provide. If you need additional formats of delivery, you should let us know beforehand.
5. How much does your services cost?
It really depends on a number of factors including the services that you choose, however for reference sake, our services start from Rs. 25,000. We do not sell pre-made packages. All our packages are custom made as per your requirements as we have got a whole lot of exciting services on offer!
6. Who would own the copyright of the images/media that you create ?
All the photographs that are taken by our wedding photographers and/or are displayed on our website are copyrighted by us. We retain copyright to all the images and will use some of the images on our website and for promoting our work in websites, magazines, contests and exhibitions. In cases, where a client does not want the pictures to be displayed anywhere, the photography fee will have to be adjusted upwards accordingly.
7. How much time do you take to deliver the pics?
We aim to provide you a preview of the post-processed pictures for the wedding within 3 weeks of the wedding, however this might change based on the duration of the event that we are capturing. Being a professional company, we have got separate team of photo-technologists for post processing and hence even if our wedding photographers are out shooting, we ensure that it does not impact the delivery of your pictures!
